PROOF SPACE IS PLEASED TO BE ABLE TO OFFER TASMANIAN ARTWORKS ON THE COLLECT ART PURCHASE SCHEME

The COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme is a 12 month, interest-free loan scheme to enable the purchase of contemporary Tasmanian art from participating Tasmanian arts businesses.

If you are an Australian resident, then you are eligible to apply for a loan under the COLLECT Art Purchase Scheme.

The scheme is the first of its kind in Australia and aims to support the Tasmanian visual arts sector by encouraging the sale and the export of Tasmanian artwork.

COLLECT can be used to purchase original Tasmanian paintings, photographs, sculptures, furniture, jewellery, drawings, glasswork, textiles, metalwork, ceramics and new media.

The minimum loan amount is $1 000 and the maximum is $8 500 for artworks with a retail price between $500 and $11 500.
